Unlimited emails and virtual meetings

Detailed wedding day itinerary for wedding party & vendors, complete with a Plan B for weather issues

Conduct rehearsal for ONE hour

Wedding planning documents provided including vendor recommendations 

Day of duties -keep wedding on track and the show running smoothly

Ceremony - guests seated, walk on time & walk order 

Reception - direction of toasts, cake cutting, dances, bouquet/garter tosses, grand entrance & grand exit

 Make sure all vendors show up on time & set up in desired area

** For all venues more than 15 miles outside of 37917 zip code there may be an additional travel charge 

 If there is something missing from a package no worries we can add to it or take away anything listed!
