How should I prep for arrival?

• For our safety, please inform us if you have an un-sealed driveway, steep driveway, no parking access, street only parking, have stairs into your home or pets 

• We kindly ask you keep the driveway free for us to reverse or drive in with a vehicle.

• We love to see where the tents will be setup first. We will discuss how they will be placed and ask that they are not moved once they are set up

• Please keep walkway free while we carry the bulky items inside and outside.

• We know it's all very exciting to have your set-up take place. We ask that all children and animals are away from the space while we set-up and pack-up.

• When it is time for pick-up, please return all of our items to the tent area and then leave the rest to us! We will fold up and pack away all items.

How much time should we allow for setup and breakdown? 

• Typically 2 hours is needed depending on party size, and times may vary for parties with balloon garlands & arches

• Arrival for set up and pickup time is typically sometime between 1-4PM **

Do I need to provide power?

• Yes we will need power at set up 

• Some of our LED lights are powered by being plugged in, we have the extension cords if needed

What is the cancellation policy?

• Cancelation 2 weeks (15 days +) prior to receive full refund, and at 14 days or less you forfeit the deposit

My party is two weeks or closer away, can I still book?

• Of course you can if we have availability, however instead of a deposit we will require full payment.

What all is included in my rental?

• Without any add on’s every set up you book will include: 

  • 1 Teepee tent 

  • 1 decorative pillow

  • 1 blanket

  • 1 twin air mattress

  • 1 twin fitted sheet

  • 1 tray for food/drink/just to sit items on

  • twinkle lights or banner 

  • personalized handwritten name or message on acrylic sign for each camper

  • + any items that come with each theme 

    •  All of these items should be returned to us on pick up date

Can adults use these?

•  Yes, all are welcomed ages 4+

Are sleeping pillows provided? 

• For hygienic reasons we ask you provide your own pillows - we will provide pillowcases

Are items cleaned after each use?

• Yes all items are cleaned, laundered and sanitized
