 Ceremony & Reception Sites, Caterer & Cake, Alcohol & Bartender, Florist & Decor, Photographer & Videographer, Lighting, Linens, Minister/Officiant, Tenting & Rentals, Musicians, Band and/or DJ, Transportation, Accommodations, Stationary & Favors, Attire, Hair & Makeup 

Contact vendors prior to wedding day with all information regarding itinerary, final counts, set up etc. 

Day of duties - keep wedding party on track and the show running smoothly

Ceremony - guests seated, walk on time & walk order 

Reception - direction of toasts, cake cutting, dances, bouquet/garter tosses, grand entrance & grand exit

 Make sure all vendors show up on time & set up in desired area

Set up and tear down assistance - DECOR ONLY
